Please note when using Google maps to find our office:

Our office is conveniently located at the corner of Trap Falls Road and Bridgeport Avenue. You will typically be routed to Trap Falls Road and follow down to the corner where it meets Bridgeport Avenue (State Hwy 714 on Google maps). Depending on your starting point, the more convenient route may be to use Bridgeport Avenue.

• Armstrong Road becomes Trap Falls Road as it crosses Bridgeport Avenue.
• There are driveway entrances on both Bridgeport Avenue and Trap Falls Road.
• The entrance to the building is in front on Bridgeport Avenue.
• There are three dedicated parking spaces with signs that read “Fairfield County Women’s Health Associates” near the walkway on the lower level of the parking garage behind the building.
• There are handicapped parking spaces in the garage and in front near the entrance where there is a ramp to the front door.

To Schedule an Appointment

To serve you in the best way possible, we work by appointments. Please let us know of any issues that may necessitate how soon you need to be seen, patients can expect same day appt for urgent problems.

At your initial visit, you will be asked to present your insurance card, photo ID, any necessary co-payments and to complete new patient paperwork. To save time during your first appointment, you may download and complete our new patient paperwork ahead of time and bring it with you to your appointment.

To Cancel or Reschedule

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

In Case of Emergency

Please call our main number (203) 944-0242 and dial “0” at anytime for the operator to contact the doctor on call. The doctor will assess your problem and possibly direct you to the hospital emergency room or labor floor.
