Vice President, Secretary & General Counsel
As general counsel, Kitty is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs.
Prior to joining Women’s Health, Kitty spent 25 years in various management and legal positions in the employee benefits and managed healthcare fields. She was responsible for HMO legal support at Aetna. More recently, Kitty was General Counsel of HealthChoice of Connecticut, Inc., an HMO owned by Yale University and several Connecticut Hospitals.
Kitty received her bachelor’s degree at Brown University and her J.D. at Boston University. She has done extensive public speaking on the subject of managed care.
