As Vice President, Clinical Operations & Programs, Paula is responsible for clinical operations for the 150+ physicians in Women's Health Connecticut, including credentialing, clinical programs, medical quality management, medical malpractice, liability, managed cared contracting support. Paula has also successfully developed and supported revenue generating programs and services administered in the physician divisions.

Prior to joining Women's Health Connecticut, Paula was the Director of Antepartum & Gynecology Services at Hartford Hospital. She was responsible for impatient high-risk obstetrics and post partum overflow, gynecology and gynecology oncology, outpatient prenatal testing. Paula has also held additional nursing positions at Hartford Hospital, specializing in general and gynecological surgery, oncology and medicine.
