Lab work - Our in-office lab is able to complete most requested lab work on-site. We also work closely with Quest Diagnostics, CLS Lab, and Bristol Hospital Laboratory.

Sonohysterograms. To obtain more image detail of the interior of the uterus than with ultrasound alone, we can perform in-office sonohysterograms; fluid is injected through the cervix into the uterus and ultrasound is used to make images of the uterine cavity. Sonohysterography is done before and after some surgical procedures. It is also used to detect uterine cavity abnormalities that can cause abnormal pain or bleeding, infertility, repeated miscarriages and other conditions.

Ultrasound - Using ultrasound technology and a computer monitor, our highly experienced Ultrasonographer conducts in-office obstetrical and gynecologic ultrasound procedures. Ultrasound, which uses sound waves that are beyond the limit of human hearing, helps us find possible problems or check certain medical conditions without conducting a more invasive procedure. We perform ultrasounds for both gynecologic and obstetrical conditions. During pregnancy, ultrasound is used to examine the fetus. Our Ultrasonographer is certified by the American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine.
