Greater Hartford Women's Health Associates
Welcome to Greater Hartford Women's Health Associates, where you'll find knowledgeable and considerate health care professionals and staff dedicated to providing you with the highest level of quality care. Our group has its origin in three respected Hartford area obstetrics and gynecology practices that came together to combine strengths, knowledge, skills and resources.
In 1999 through a partnership between Greater Hartford OB-GYN Group and Connecticut OB-GYN Associates, Greater Hartford Women’s Health Associates was formed. In 2009, a merger with West Hartford Obstetrics & Gynecology brought together two practices committed to providing seamless coverage to its collective patients. We are pleased to now offer exceptional care to women of all ages at four Hartford County locations. Greater Hartford Women's Health Associates has been recognized by the AIUM as an Accredited Ultrasound Practice.
Our providers are passionate about serving the health care needs of the community. Dr. Mario Cohen who has been part of our practice for 17 years was recently named to the Board of Directors for the Hartford County Medical Association (HCMA) in the roles of Secretary/Treasurer. HCMA dedicates itself to ensuring that Hartford area physicians are well represented in the areas of public policy, government relations, and community efforts.
