What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a highly effective way to heal many health related issues and shift patterns of behavior. It's safe, relaxing and can be very empowering and life changing. Everyone can benefit from it and has been used for centuries. It's endorsed by professional organizations like the American Medical Association. Through hypnosis, you can release fears and phobias, improve self esteem, lose weight, or quit smoking. The subconscious mind stores our memories, beliefs, values, and habits. Deep seated behaviors and habits are rooted in our subconscious mind. Hypnosis opens the door between the conscious and subconscious minds allowing for suggestions to change patterns of behavior shifting what was once negative into positive habits. 

What is a session like?

The session will begin with an explanation of what hypnosis is and what to expect during a session. Sessions last 11/2 to 2 hours for the first visit and 45 minutes to 1 hour for follow ups. A full history of your issue will be taken and you will participate in exercises to see how your mind processes information. This information will be used to develop individualized suggestions to maximize changes in behavior. Come to your session with an open mind and a commitment to make positive changes.
