Women's Health Connecticut continuously strives to find ways to improve physician practice efficiencies. One area where we have taken off the burden of duplicative work for office staff is by providing a credentialing service. This service completes applications for credentialing and re-credentialing for managed care entities, hospitals, and government programs. Once a provider profile has been set up into our proprietary database, requests for credentialing are fast, accurate, efficient, on-line or via fax.
Through our credentialing service we've been able to:
- Reduce the average time spent on individual credentialing applications from two hours to ten minutes.
- Provide practice staff the ability to focus on business operations and less time spent on time consuming completion of standardized information requests.
