Schedule a mammogram the same day as your next annual or problem visit.
See more, stress less! 3D mammography technology makes it easier to find abnormalities that may not be visible in traditional 2D views. Women who add 3D mammography to their test receive fewer false positives. Our mammography suite is located at 12 Avery Place in Westport.

Your Visit
Scheduling an Appointment
To serve you in the best way possible, we work by appointments. Please let us know of any issues that may necessitate how soon you need to be seen.
At each visit, you will be asked to present your insurance card, photo ID, any necessary co-payments and to complete patient paperwork. To save time during your first appointment, you may download and complete our patient paperwork ahead of time and bring it with you to your appointment.
Patients may text us for an appointment at (203) 227-5125 or to speak to our pregnancy navigator during normal business hours at (203) 227-5126.
To Cancel or Reschedule
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. We charge $50 for all appointments not canceled in this way.
Insurance
Insurance Plan Participation
We participate in many managed care plans and see patients with government as well as traditional insurance. Some insurance plans may require that you obtain a referral from your regular doctor (PCP) before you visit us if we are not your designated gynecologist. To learn if a particular physician or clinician participates with your plan, please contact our office or your insurance company.

Billing and Payments
You are responsible for all deductibles, co-payments and/or any referrals that may be required by your insurance company. Your co-payment is expected at the time of service and payment in full is expected at each visit for services not covered by your insurance, in addition to all services rendered to patients with insurance plans with which our physicians do not participate. If you do not have an insurance card available, full payment also is expected at the time of service.
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Mastercard, VISA, and Discover. All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge.
