Eileen J. O’Donnell, APRN, WHNP–C, is a NCC certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over three decades of clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has provided care at the High Risk Neonatal Intensive Care and Labor & Delivery Units at New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center, Yale-New Haven Hospital, and Planned Parenthood of Connecticut. She has been in practice with Dr. Jeffrey A. Simpson for over 15 years. In 2005, Eileen received the Nightingale Award for Excellence in Nursing.
A certified colposcopist and childbirth instructor, Eileen enjoys working with women and babies, and helping women to be empowered in their healthcare. According to Eileen, her personal mission is to be the best practitioner she can be for her patients, and she strives to educate patients on the importance of caring for themselves. Outside of her profession, Eileen is passionate about sculpture and all things related to art.
