What patients are saying.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr. Graham. I trust him, he's professional and so sincerely kind.

Dr. Graham is the BEST! I am comfortable around him, confident in his knowledge and care, and understand what he's saying… he takes the time to talk with me and ensures I understand what he's explaining.

Dr. Fagan is amazing. She makes you feel like family, not just a patient. I wish I had found her sooner!

Dr. Farwell is the best at what she does. She cares and listens to my concerns and gives encouragement. Very satisfied with Dr. Farwell and her staff.

Dr Webb is amazing. She's friendly, courteous, and listens well which is frankly pretty rare for doctors in my experience, but she also respects her patient's time.

Dr. Quinlan listens to and respects my input during the visit... I appreciate her including me in the decision-making process.

I love Dr. Grant. It was my first visit with her. She is confident and down to earth. Never felt rushed. Cannot say enough good things about her.

Dr. Grant is caring, competent, kind, thoughtful, and I have never met anyone quite like her. I always feel like I am the most important person at that moment and that is a real gift.

Dr. Fagan's compassion and expertise set her apart from the majority of health care providers out there. She eases the tension of the visit.

Schedule an Appointment

To serve you in the best way possible, we work by appointments. Please let us know of any issues that may necessitate how soon you need to be seen.

At your initial visit, you will be asked to present your insurance card, photo ID, any necessary co-payments and to complete new patient paperwork. To save time during your first appointment, you may download and complete our new patient paperwork ahead of time and bring it with you.

To Cancel or Reschedule

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. “No shows” will be charged a $25 fee.

Insurance

Insurance Plan Participation

Women's Comprehensive Health Care providers participate in many managed care plans and see patients with government as well as traditional insurances. Billing and Payments

While we can tell you if we participate with your insurance plan, you are ultimately responsible for learning details of your coverage from your insurance plan, including all deductibles, co-payments and/or any referrals that may be required by your insurance company. Your co-payment is expected at the time of service, and payment in full is expected at each visit for services not covered by your insurance.. Additionally, if you do not have an insurance card available, and/or our physicians do not participate with your health plan, full payment also is expected at the time of service.

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Mastercard, VISA, and Discover. All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge. If you are an existing patient with a balance due, you can also pay your bill online.

If you have any questions regarding billing, please call our central billing office at (800) 889-3333 during regular business hours.
